Help Us Hope was officially launched in February 2009 & was set up to assist HIV/AIDS burdened community orphans & women with home based health care, psychological support & mostly to promote the reduction of the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections other than HIV/AIDS.us Hope is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental & non-political organization. We cover our running & administration costs from great Sponsors, as such try to get as much sponsorship as possible which maintains the significance & essence of our cause
