1. What is Give Back?
It is a non-profit, volunteer-driven program that aims to help you contact charity/community organisations in the places that you grew up in.

2. How does Give Back do this?
There are two ways we do this.
The first way is this: on this site you will find updated lists of charity/community organisations and contact details for different areas.
The second way is this: if, for some reason, you cannot find a charity or community organisation in an area, then you can contact us and we'll find a suitable one for you.

3. Do I have to pay for this service?
No, this service is free. It is non-profit and is run by volunteers.

4. So how do I request Give Back to find a charity organisation for me?
Click on Locate a Charity on the toolbar above. Do a search for the type of charity you are looking for. If you are not happy with the results, then click on the Contact Give Back button and fill in the necessary form. A message will be sent to Give Back and we will do our best to find the charity of your choice.

5. I know about a charity that does not appear on the site. How can I get it listed on the site?
Click on Submit a Charity on the toolbar above. Fill in the details of the organisation and submit. Give Back will verify the details and add it to the database.

6. Can religious organisations be submitted and listed on this site?
Yes, they can be listed on the site. The only requirement is that the religious organisation must do charitable work.

7. Who or what is a Give Back Helper?
A Give Back Helper is a volunteer who can assist to verify or locate charities upon. Anybody can be a Helper; all you need is an email address.

8. How do I become a Give Back Helper?
Click on Contact Us on the toolabar above. Give us details such as your name and your contact email address.
You wil be registered on Give Back. Whenever a Charity Submission or Charity Request comes in, all the Helpers will be sent an email regarding it.
You will be then invited to log in and assign the case to yourself. But more about that when you do decide to join. We look forward to hearing from you.
